What to Expect: A Sample Retreat Itinerary

Every retreat is designed to offer a balance of reflection, relaxation, and connection, ensuring that Survivors leave feeling rejuvenated and supported.

Day 1: Arrival & Welcome

  • Guests arrive and are greeted by our volunteer team.
  • Facility tour, opening meal, and group introductions.
  • If children are attending, they will be dropped off at Camp Cormorant.

Day 2: Lake Day & Group Connection

  • Morning paddleboard yoga session.
  • Afternoon at the lake: boating, swimming, and relaxation.
  • Evening group discussion and bonfire—sharing stories, lessons, and reflections.

Day 3: Wellness & Reflection

  • Morning massages, relaxation and free time.
  • Afternoon group discussion, wellness, or nature activity.
  • Dinner at Stone Hearth Grill, a beloved local restaurant.

Day 4: Outdoor Wellness & Bonding

  • Gentle morning yoga, t’ai chi, or an art activity.
  • Afternoon boating or fishing trip.
  • Group dinner at Holbrook Farms, sharing stories and connection.

Day 5: Departure & Reflection

  • Guests say their goodbyes and return home, feeling renewed, supported, and empowered.
